Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it and the control you have over it.

Account data

Name, email, phone, billing address and tax identifiers where you supply them, used for your account, invoicing and support.

Scan and click analytics

For each scan or click we store a timestamp plus derived country, device, browser, operating system and referrer. Raw IP addresses are not stored unless an administrator explicitly enables it.

Unique visitor counting

A daily-rotating salted hash is used to count unique visitors. It cannot be reversed to an IP address or joined across days.

Link safety checks

When you create or change a short link or a dynamic QR code, we send its destination URL to the Google Web Risk service, which checks it against Google’s lists of malware, phishing and unwanted software. Only the URL is sent: not your name, email or account details, and nothing about the people who scan or click. Google’s privacy policy covers how it handles that request.

Retention

Raw analytics is kept for the configured retention window (400 days by default); aggregated totals are kept longer.

Your rights

You can export your data or request account deletion from Settings. Financial records are retained where the law requires it.
