What we collect, why we collect it and the control you have over it.
Name, email, phone, billing address and tax identifiers where you supply them, used for your account, invoicing and support.
For each scan or click we store a timestamp plus derived country, device, browser, operating system and referrer. Raw IP addresses are not stored unless an administrator explicitly enables it.
A daily-rotating salted hash is used to count unique visitors. It cannot be reversed to an IP address or joined across days.
Raw analytics is kept for the configured retention window (400 days by default); aggregated totals are kept longer.
You can export your data or request account deletion from Settings. Financial records are retained where the law requires it.
