Pricing that fits your market, not an exchange rate

Start free with no card. Paid plans are priced separately in rupees and dollars, so neither market pays a converted number.

Plans and pricing

How should I choose a plan?

Start on Free and let the limits tell you

Free is not a trial that expires — it is one QR code and one short link, permanently. The code you make is yours to keep whether or not you ever pay.

Starter is the print threshold

The moment you need a destination you can change after printing, you need a dynamic code, and dynamic codes start on Starter.

Business is the team and domain threshold

Branded links on your own domain, five seats and campaign tracking are what separate Business from Starter — not the raw code count.

Why rupee and dollar prices are not conversions of each other

Each currency has its own price list. ₹499 is not $9 run through an exchange rate, and neither number moves when the rate does. Converted pricing produces figures nobody would choose — ₹748.31 — and quietly changes what customers pay from one month to the next. Setting each market its own price means the number on the page is the number on the invoice.

Yearly billing

Every paid plan bills yearly at ten times the monthly price: ₹4,990 or $90 for Starter, ₹14,990 or $290 for Business, ₹39,990 or $790 for Premium. Two months free, and one invoice a year instead of twelve.

Trials, cancellation and what happens to your codes

Starter, Business and Premium each include a 7-day trial. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, static codes keep working forever because their data lives in the pattern, while dynamic codes stop resolving until you resubscribe — the printed pattern never changes, so nothing needs reprinting.

Invoicing, GST and payment methods

Indian customers are billed through Razorpay and receive GST-compliant invoices carrying their GSTIN once it is added in billing settings. International customers are billed through Stripe. Both processors are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, and card details are entered on the gateway — they never reach Qrievo’s servers.

Questions about billing and plans

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card, no time limit, and the QR code you create stays yours. It covers one static QR code, one short link and 30 days of analytics.

Why is my price in rupees when my colleague sees dollars?

Prices are set per currency rather than converted at checkout, and your account currency decides which list applies. Contact support to change your billing currency; invoices already issued keep the currency they were issued in.

What does yearly billing save?

Two months. Every paid plan bills annually at ten times its monthly price.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice from that point on.

What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?

Static codes work forever — the data is in the pattern. Dynamic codes stop resolving at the end of your paid period and resume when you resubscribe, with the printed pattern unchanged.

Is there a discount for annual prepayment on top of the yearly price?

No. The yearly price is the discount — ten months for twelve — and there is no additional negotiated tier below Premium.
